Strengthening Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Olympic Plastic Bags Limited has recently expanded its production capabilities with the addition of advanced extrusion, printing, and bag-making equipment. These investments allow us to improve film quality, increase production efficiency, and deliver more specialized packaging solutions for our customers.
A new 3-layer co-extrusion line from Dolci provides exceptional film quality and flexibility to produce technical films designed to meet evolving packaging requirements.
We have also added a six-colour CI high-speed printing press, significantly increasing our printing capacity while delivering high-quality, multi-colour graphics for branded packaging.
PRODUCTION EXPANSION
Advanced Bag-Making and Converting
Solutions
On the converting side, we have introduced a bottom seal, diagonal seal, high-speed bag machine, allowing us to efficiently produce specialized packaging such as peat moss and animal bedding bags. Additional equipment upgrades include machinery designed to manufacture security bags, as well as new folder machines that expand our ability to produce a wider range of products using the latest converting technologies.
